Privacy policy
Effective 24 August 2026
FacelessShorts provides tools for creating, reviewing, scheduling, and publishing vertical videos. This policy explains what information we process, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we process
We process account details such as your name and email address, workspace settings, series and video settings, generated or uploaded media, billing references, product-usage events, diagnostic logs, error reports, performance measurements, and session replays.
When you connect a publishing destination, we receive the minimum information needed to identify and use the account you select. This can include an account or channel ID, display name, username, connected Page details, granted permissions, access credentials, and refresh credentials. We do not receive or store your destination-platform password.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, prepare and store videos, display the publishing accounts you connected, carry out publishing choices you approve, maintain schedules, process subscriptions, diagnose failures, improve reliability, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Session replays mask form inputs and exclude request and response bodies.
We do not sell connected-account data. We do not use it for advertising, audience profiling, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Google and YouTube data
When you connect YouTube, we access the channel ID and title needed to display the selected destination and the authorization needed to upload creator-approved videos. We use this data only for visible publishing features you request.
FacelessShorts's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can review the Google Privacy Policy.
Sharing
We disclose information only to service providers that process it on our behalf, to the publishing destinations you direct us to use, when required by law, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards. Service providers may use data only to deliver contracted services to us.
Security
Publishing credentials are handled server-side and encrypted at rest. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and deletion
We retain account, workspace, and media information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Disconnecting a publishing destination removes its active credential and stored destination profile from FacelessShorts. You can also revoke access in the destination platform's account settings.
You may request deletion of your FacelessShorts account and associated personal data by following our data deletion instructions. After verification, we delete active account data within 30 days. Backup copies age out within 90 days. We may retain limited billing, fraud-prevention, or legal records when required by law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. Contact us to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity.
Children
FacelessShorts is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their country.
Changes and contact
We will post material changes here and update the effective date. Privacy and deletion requests can be sent to support@facelessshorts.com.
