Data deletion instructions
You can remove a connected publishing account immediately or request deletion of your complete FacelessShorts account and associated personal data.
Disconnect Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
- Sign in to FacelessShorts.
- Open Dashboard, then Connections.
- Select Disconnect beside the account you want to remove.
- Confirm the request.
Disconnecting deletes the active authorization credential and stored destination profile from FacelessShorts and stops future scheduled posts to that destination. You can also revoke FacelessShorts directly in the destination platform's account settings.
Delete your FacelessShorts account and data
Email support@facelessshorts.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “FacelessShorts data deletion request.” If you cannot use that email address, include enough information for us to verify that the account belongs to you.
After verification, we delete active account, workspace, connected-account, and media records within 30 days. Backup copies age out within 90 days. We may retain limited billing, fraud-prevention, or legal records when required by law.
