These terms govern your use of FacelessShorts. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

FacelessShorts helps creators prepare, review, schedule, and publish vertical videos. You remain responsible for reviewing every output and deciding whether, where, and when to publish it.

Accounts and authorization

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You may connect only publishing accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize FacelessShorts to act on your behalf only within the permissions you grant and the publishing choices you confirm.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in content you provide, subject to the limited rights needed for us to operate the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to scripts, media, music, brands, likenesses, and other materials. You must review generated content for accuracy, rights, safety, and required synthetic-media disclosures.

You must follow each publishing destination's terms, community rules, advertising rules, music rules, and disclosure requirements.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to infringe rights, impersonate others, mislead people, distribute unlawful or harmful content, evade safeguards, spam, manipulate engagement, or access accounts without authorization.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. The price, taxes, included allowances, billing cycle, and cancellation timing are shown before purchase. Plan upgrades may take effect immediately. A scheduled downgrade or cancellation takes effect as described in the billing interface.

Availability

Generation and publishing depend on network availability and destination-platform services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, approval by a publishing destination, reach, engagement, monetization, or continued availability of a third-party feature.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access for security, nonpayment, legal obligations, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. FacelessShorts is not responsible for content decisions you make, destination-platform enforcement, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
